Innocentia Mahlangu (Pr Eng, MSc Eng, FSAICE, PMP, MBA) is a global award-winning professional Project Manager & Civil Engineer, keynote speaker and author. She has a BSc and a MSc in Civil Engineering as well as an MBA. She has held positions such as design engineer, resident engineer as well as roles in project and construction management. As a specialist project manager, she oversees complex, high-value projects in the mining, metals, energy and infrastructure sectors. Due to her contributions to engineering, the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE) has recognised her as one of its youngest fellow in 2023. She was also named as the Global Rising Leader by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2022 as well as a PMI Future 50. She now serves as a vice president at SAICE and also serves on the board of the PMI South Africa Chapter. In 2024, Innocentia was named as 1 of 100 top inspiring women in mining (WIM100). She is also one of the PMI-CP Global Ambassadors.
